CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

If a professional or occupational board determines that its licensees regularly participate in a program established pursuant to NRS 250.180, the board shall adopt procedures to ensure that the confidential information obtained by its licensees pursuant to NRS 250.180 is used for the purposes for which it was obtained.
