NRS 252.130: Receipts for money or property received in official capacity.

CHAPTER 252 - DISTRICT ATTORNEYS

When the district attorney receives money or property in his or her official capacity, the district attorney shall deliver a receipt therefor to the person from whom he or she receives it, and file a duplicate with the county auditor.
