NRS 258.075: Report of deaths to public administrator or certain other person in certain counties.

In counties having a population of less than 100,000, every constable shall report immediately to the public administrator or a person employed or contracted with pursuant to NRS 253.125, as applicable, all deaths which the constable gains knowledge of in the performance of his or her duties.
