CHAPTER 265 - INCORPORATION AND DISINCORPORATION OF CITIES AND TOWNS
DISINCORPORATION BY PETITION OF VOTERS

Whenever the board of county commissioners shall dissolve any corporation, the board may appoint three competent persons to act as trustees for the corporation so dissolved.
