CHAPTER 266 - GENERAL LAW FOR INCORPORATION OF CITIES AND TOWNS
THE MAYOR

Mayors shall be:

1. Qualified electors within their respective cities and shall have been actually bona fide residents for a period of at least 1 year next preceding their election; and

2. Registered to vote in their respective cities.
