CHAPTER 266 - GENERAL LAW FOR INCORPORATION OF CITIES AND TOWNS
CITY COUNCIL

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 241.0355, a majority of all members of the city council constitutes a quorum to do business, but fewer members may meet and adjourn from time to time and may compel the attendance of absentees under such penalties as may be prescribed by ordinance.
