CHAPTER 266 - GENERAL LAW FOR INCORPORATION OF CITIES AND TOWNS
CHIEF OF POLICE

All moneys received from any special assessment shall be held by the treasurer as a special fund, to be applied to payment for the improvement for which the assessment was made, and the money shall be used for no other purpose whatever.
