CONTRACTS WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RELATING TO FACILITIES FOR DRAINAGE, SEWERAGE AND WATER

“Governing body” means the city council, city commission, board of supervisors, town council, town board or other local legislative or governing body of the municipality.
