CHAPTER 267 - COMMISSION FORM OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT
CONTRACTS WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RELATING TO FACILITIES FOR DRAINAGE, SEWERAGE AND WATER

“Project” means the acquisition, improvement and equipment (or any combination thereof) of a drainage project, sewerage project or water project (or any combination thereof).
