NRS 268.42815: “Receiver” defined.

“Receiver” means a receiver appointed by a district court as the court’s agent, and subject to the court’s direction, to take possession of, manage and, if authorized by court order, transfer, sell, lease, license, exchange, collect or otherwise dispose of receivership property in an action to declare a residential multifamily rental property to be a substandard property pursuant to NRS 268.4284.
