CHAPTER 268 - POWERS AND DUTIES COMMON TO CITIES AND TOWNS INCORPORATED UNDER GENERAL OR SPECIAL LAWS
CITY BOND LAW

“Municipality” means any incorporated city, including without limitation any such city organized under the provisions of a special legislative act or other special charter as permitted by Sections 1 and 8 of Article 8 of the Constitution of the State of Nevada, or otherwise.
