CHAPTER 268 - POWERS AND DUTIES COMMON TO CITIES AND TOWNS INCORPORATED UNDER GENERAL OR SPECIAL LAWS
CITY BOND LAW

Any municipality issuing securities hereunder which constitute the incurrence of an additional indebtedness of the municipality shall not by the issuance of such securities contravene any debt limitation pertaining to the municipality and fixed by law other than by this City Bond Law.
