NRS 269.011: Applicability of NRS 269.016

to 269.022, inclusive, and 269.024 to 269.0248, inclusive.The provisions of NRS 269.016 to 269.022, inclusive, and 269.024 to 269.0248, inclusive, apply to each unincorporated town in a county having a population of less than 100,000 which has not elected to accept the provisions of the Unincorporated Town Government Law.
