NRS 269.0166: Additional qualifications of voters in election on initiative petition.

In addition to the qualifications prescribed in NRS 293.485 for electors in all elections, a person may vote in an election held pursuant to NRS 269.0165 only if the person has been a resident of the area for which it is proposed to establish a town board form of government for at least 30 days prior to such election.
