NRS 269.0248: Creation of additional councils under original ordinance.

Citizens’ advisory councils for two or more towns may be created by one ordinance, and the initial ordinance may from time to time be amended to create citizens’ advisory councils for additional towns, if the board of county commissioners determines that all of such towns shall be governed by the same ordinance.
