CHAPTER 269 - UNINCORPORATED TOWNS
LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS, TRADES AND BUSINESSES

The boards of county commissioners may in any unincorporated town in their respective counties provide by ordinance for the issuance of all licenses mentioned in this chapter or authorized to be issued, and fix the terms and sums for licenses.
