NRS 271.237: “Transportation project” defined.

“Transportation project” means a project to provide local transportation for public use, and includes works, systems and facilities for transporting persons, rolling stock, equipment, terminals, stations, platforms and other facilities necessary, useful or desirable for such a project, and all property, easements, rights-of-way and other rights or interest incidental to the project.
