GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS

It shall be legal for the State and any of its agencies, departments or political subdivisions, or any other public body, to invest funds or moneys in the custody thereof in any of the bonds authorized to be issued pursuant to the provisions hereof.
