GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS

In any proceeding to foreclose a lien for general taxes upon any tract of land subject to a special assessment lien, mailed notice shall be given the treasurer of the municipality in which the property is located within 5 days after such proceeding is commenced.
