“Qualified improvement project” means one or more of the following projects which are permanently affixed to real property in an existing structure or in new construction, performed pursuant to NRS 271.6301 to 271.6325, inclusive:
1. Energy efficiency improvement project.
2. Renewable energy project.
3. Resiliency project.
4. Water efficiency improvement project.
