CHAPTER 274 - ZONES FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Executive Director of the Office of Economic Development shall serve as Administrator.

2. The Administrator shall:

(a) Administer this chapter.

(b) Adopt all necessary regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
