REGIONAL PLANNING IN COUNTIES WHOSE POPULATION IS 700,000 OR MORE
Comprehensive Regional Policy Planning

In a county whose population is 700,000 or more, the board of county commissioners and the city council of each of at least the three largest cities in the county may establish a regional planning coalition by cooperative agreement pursuant to chapter 277 of NRS.
