NRS 278.3295: State Environmental Commission authorized to adopt regulations related to review of tentative and final maps of subdivision.

The State Environmental Commission may adopt such regulations as may be necessary for the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to carry out its duties under the provisions of this section and NRS 278.335 and 278.377, including, without limitation, establishing reasonable fees for services provided by the Division. All fees collected pursuant to this section must be deposited in the account created pursuant to NRS 445A.861.
