CHAPTER 278C - TAX INCREMENT AREAS

“Fixed guideway project” means any project to design, build, equip, improve or operate and maintain a fixed guideway or any portion of a fixed guideway and all appurtenances and incidentals related thereto. For the purposes of this section, “project” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 277A.100.
