NRS 279.510: Joint exercise of powers by two or more agencies: Designated agency to obtain report and recommendation of planning commissions concerning conformity of redevelopment plan to community’s master or general plan.

If one agency is designated, it shall obtain the report and recommendation of the planning commission of each community on the redevelopment plan and its conformity to the master or general plan of each community before presenting the tentative redevelopment plan or the redevelopment plan to the respective legislative bodies for adoption.
