NRS 279.614: Agency’s administrative fund.

The money appropriated for administrative expenses shall be kept in the treasury of the community in a special fund to be known as the community redevelopment agency administrative fund, and money shall be drawn from the fund to meet the administrative expenses of the agency in substantially the same manner as money is drawn by other agencies and departments of the community.
