ADVANCES OF MONEY TO STATE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR PER DIEM AND TRAVEL EXPENSES

Upon the return of the officer or employee, the officer or employee is entitled to receive any authorized expenses in excess of the amount advanced.
