NRS 281.330: Advocating overthrow of government cause for dismissal of public employee.

It shall be sufficient cause for the dismissal of any public employee when such public employee advocates or is a member of an organization which advocates overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State by force, violence or other unlawful means.
