NRS 281.400: Coercion respecting membership in organizations for persons who are aged, blind or disabled prohibited.

No officer or employee of the State or any county, city or district who is concerned with the administration of any program for persons who are aged, blind or disabled shall, in the officer’s or employee’s official capacity, attempt to coerce or coerce any person who is aged, blind or disabled to join or refrain from joining any organization for persons who are aged, blind or disabled.
