CHAPTER 281A - ETHICS IN GOVERNMENT
COMMISSION ON ETHICS

The Commission may apply for and accept grants, contributions, services or money for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter only if the action is approved by a majority vote in an open public meeting of the Commission and the Commission complies with the provisions of the State Budget Act.
