NRS 284.023: Appointing authority authorized to enforce health and safety requirements notwithstanding protections for hair texture and protective hairstyles.

Notwithstanding the protections in this chapter for hair texture and protective hairstyles, an appointing authority may enforce health and safety requirements set forth in federal or state law.
