PARTICIPATION OF EMPLOYEES OF STATE AND ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS IN FEDERAL OLD-AGE AND SURVIVORS’ INSURANCE

For the purposes of NRS 287.050 to 287.240, inclusive, “employee” includes an officer of a state or political subdivision thereof.
