CHAPTER 2A - COURT OF APPEALS
COURT AND JUDGES

The Court of Appeals shall consist of a Chief Judge and two associate judges. Each judge of the Court of Appeals hereafter elected or appointed must be commissioned by the Governor and, before entering upon the discharge of duties, shall take the constitutional oath of office.
