NRS 315.435: Area of another authority.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 315.9835, a housing authority shall not operate in any area in which an authority already established is operating without the consent by resolution of the authority already operating therein. For the purposes of this section, the formation of a regional authority shall be deemed to constitute consent by resolution of the authority of any participating local governmental entity.
