Regional Authorities in Counties Whose Population is 100,000 or More but Less Than 700,000

A regional authority may not request a reservation or nomination of land from the Bureau of Land Management unless the governing body of the jurisdiction within which the applicable land of the Bureau is located adopts a resolution of approval.
