NRS 318.060: Notice of organizational hearing.

After such initiating ordinance has been adopted by the board of county commissioners, the county clerk shall mail written notice to all property owners within the proposed district of the intention of the board of county commissioners to establish such district, which notice shall set forth the name, statement of purposes, general description and time and place of hearing.
