NRS 318A.310: Operation, maintenance and repair of facilities, improvements and projects; acquisition and disposal of and encumbrances on property.

1. A board may operate, maintain and repair the facilities, improvements and projects acquired by the district.

2. The board shall have the power to acquire, dispose of and encumber real and personal property, and any interest therein, including leases, easements and revenues derived from the operation thereof.
