NRS 319.725: “Essential worker” defined.

Where this section sits in the code

“Essential worker” means a person employed in:

1. Health care;

2. Education;

3. Public safety;

4. Construction labor; or

5. Any other industry that is a critical sector of employment in this State, as determined by executive order of the Governor.
