CHAPTER 319 - ASSISTANCE TO FINANCE HOUSING
NEVADA ATTAINABLE HOUSING ACCOUNT

An eligible entity must provide or secure matching funds in an amount that is not less than the amount of money awarded to the eligible entity from the Account. Such matching funds may come from, without limitation, private investment, contributions from local governments or federal money.
