NRS 319.770: Procedures for members of Nevada Attainable Housing Council to disclose certain financial interests.

The Division shall establish procedures to ensure that any member of the Council discloses any direct or indirect financial interest in an attainable housing project or eligible entity. Such procedures must be consistent with the provisions of chapter 281A of NRS and any regulation adopted by the Nevada Commission on Ethics pursuant to that chapter.
