CHAPTER 321 - ADMINISTRATION, CONTROL AND TRANSFER OF STATE LANDS
DIVISION OF STATE LANDS

“Trust lands” means those lands that were granted by the Federal Government to the State of Nevada directly or by an exchange for other lands, and are held in trust for the State Permanent School Fund or another beneficiary.
