SAGEBRUSH ECOSYSTEMS

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 321.594, the Division may establish and carry out programs to preserve, restore and enhance sagebrush ecosystems on public land in this State, and on privately owned land in this State with the consent of the owner of the land.
