CHAPTER 322 - USE OF STATE LANDS
OTHER LEASES AND EASEMENTS

Such leases shall be executed upon a form to be prepared by the Attorney General, which form shall contain all of the covenants and agreements usual and necessary to leases for the extraction of coal, oil and gas, or the utilization of geothermal resources, or both, as the situation may require.
