NRS 324.090: Fees.

A nonrefundable fee of $100 must be collected by the Division pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Carey Act Account. The fee covers one copy each of all original documents from the time of application to the time of issuance of patent, including the application for segregation. Other fees may be charged as are established by regulations of the Division.
