CHAPTER 341 - STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION
FINANCES

The Division is authorized to contract in the name of the State of Nevada with the United States or any of its agencies or instrumentalities, and to receive and expend by grant, loan or otherwise funds which may be made available by the United States or any of its agencies or instrumentalities.
