CHAPTER 348 - REGISTRATION OF PUBLIC SECURITIES

“Public body” means this State, the Nevada System of Higher Education, or a city or town, incorporated or unincorporated, county, school district, other public educational institution, other district, authority or other body corporate and politic comprising a political subdivision of the State or acting on behalf thereof.
