CHAPTER 349 - STATE OBLIGATIONS
STATE SECURITIES LAW

“State” means the State of Nevada, or any board, department or other agency or instrumentality thereof. Where the context so indicates, “State” means the geographical area comprising the State of Nevada. “State” does not include the Nevada Rural Housing Authority.
