NRS 349.225: General obligation bonds subject to review and approval of State Board of Finance; exception.

Except for bonds issued by the Colorado River Commission of Nevada which are additionally supported by pledged revenues of a project, any general obligation bond authorized on the behalf and in the name of the State is subject to the review and approval of the State Board of Finance, unless otherwise provided by statute.
