“Hereby,” “herein,” “hereinabove,” “hereinafter,” “hereinbefore,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder” and any similar term refer to the Local Government Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; “heretofore” means before the adoption of the Local Government Securities Law; and “hereafter” means after the adoption of the Local Government Securities Law.
