NRS 350.628: Recital in securities conclusive evidence of validity and regularity of issuance.

An ordinance providing for the issuance of bonds or other municipal securities hereunder or an indenture or other proceedings appertaining thereto may provide that the securities contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to the Local Government Securities Law, which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and the regularity of their issuance.
